We first celebrated the Feast of the Nativity of our Lord and Savior according to the Flesh eight years ago, back in 2009. Although that first Christmas Feast was not given a theme title, we did describe it as "an evening of music, carols, poetry, lessons & prayer." In the ensuing years, we did give theme titles (e.g. 2010: "The Day Before Christmas: A Journey to Bethlehem through a Liturgy of Hours"; and 2011: "On Books & Inklings: A Vesperal Journey to the Bethlehem Cave") and we remained faithful to the initial description, making them all evenings of music, carols, poetry, lessons & prayer.
After celebrating an annual Nativity feast for four years in a row (2009 to 2012), we regretfully failed to organize one in 2013 or 2014. But in 2015, we brought it back with one major change. The Nativity Feast is for Eighth Day Members only. It's one of our ways of saying THANK YOU for your support.
